How to Lose Weight Fast

Weight loss is a multimillion-dollar industry. Fad diets, weight loss programs and pills can be overwhelming and confusing. The truth is, it doesn’t have to be. There are three main components to weight loss:

  • Quality of Foodveggies
  • Quantity of Carbohydrates
  • Cellular Toxicity

Quality counts! The quality of food you eat determines the quality of your nutrition. If you are consuming processed foods with long ingredient labels and packages that say: “low-fat, ” “fat free” or “zero calories”, it is likely you are eating food with little nutrition and a high sugar content. Choosing whole food sources increases nutrition and reduces exposure to artificial ingredients, sugars and preservatives.

Count your carbs! Its sounds like a diet trend but clinically, I have found it is the best way to help people shed pounds fast. Part of the reason it works so well is because cutting carbohydrates from the diet dramatically reduces the amount of sugar people consume, and sugar is the number one reason people are overweight.

Detox is key! Fat buffers the organs from toxins. If there is toxicity in the cells, the body will use fat to protect the organs from it. The more toxic the individual is the more likely the body is to hang on to excess fat. Once the toxicity is reduced, the body is more likely to shed the extra fat.

Discipline is necessary for success. Teaming up with buddy can keep you accountable and encourage you throughout the process.
